Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst reporting to a Product Lead, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and delivering Nasdaq’s Central Securities Depository (CSD) solution, supporting clients globally with market‑critical infrastructure across custody, settlement, corporate actions, and post‑trade services. You’ll thrive in this position if you’re analytical, curious about technology, and comfortable working at the intersection of finance and IT. You bring a strong understanding of capital markets operations and enjoy collaborating in international, fast‑paced environments to deliver high‑impact solutions. Key Responsibilities - Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements from clients and internal stakeholders - Design functional solutions and translate business processes into clear, actionable requirements for development teams - Partner closely with software developers and QA engineers to ensure accurate implementation of client requirements - Support infrastructure upgrades and system replacements to align with international market standards - Engage with clients and stakeholders through product demos, training sessions, and ongoing solution discussions This position will be located in Vilnius and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment, with at least 3 days per week in the office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
