Nasze wymagania: strong understanding of how SAP and tax platforms support end-to-end tax processes 5+ years of experience in end-to-end transactional, cross-stream tax processes and process design with a strong understanding of VAT/indirect tax and with experience in compliance roles ability to assess business impact and urgency of incidents and requests strong analytical skills and stakeholder management, with the ability to explain processes clearly and build collaborative relationships clear and effective communication skills, both with technical and non-technical stakeholders experience with translating business needs and queries into technical system language experience with issue analysis, system testing and training delivery effective communication, presentation, and time management skills excellent English skills skilled in facilitating workshops and gathering process requirements Mile widziane: experience working at HEINEKEN, with an understanding of tax-relevant processes experience in process modelling tools (e.g., ARIS, Signavio, HEPM) and process mining tools (Celonis) experience collaborating across different streams, ensuring alignment and end-to-end process effectiveness Zakres obowiązków: Support Process Owner in proactively managing respective process and design topics, including but not limited to: identification and analysis of user requirements within VAT/indirect tax area, including relevant end-to-end transactional, cross-stream processes ensuring alignment of process design with global standards, legal/tax frameworks, and strategic objectives providing expert knowledge of the subject area being responsible for the successful closing of gaps between "as-is" and "to-be" situation participating in governance boards or design meetings to represent process-related topics identifying business process improvements and changes and communicate them to the product team acting as a change agent by promoting process adoption and standardization across OpCos validating the process designs, contribute broader tax topics design and support Product Experts on platform design ensuring process changes are modelled/updated in HEPM maintaining process documentation and ensure alignment with evolving business and legal requirement cross-functional alligment and collaborating with Product Experts to ensure the platform supports the intended process supporting on developing and implementing standard operating procedures developing, implementing and safeguarding control environment, in line with the HEINEKEN Tax Control Framework.
