Nasze wymagania: 5+ years of experience in business analysis, ideally in aviation, logistics, or software development. Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Strong knowledge of airline operations, weight & balance, or load planning (must-have). Experience with business analysis standards (e.g., UML, system use cases, business cases). Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum). Hands-on experience with software design tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect, yED). Basic knowledge of XML/XSD for data structure analysis. Excellent customer engagement and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Fluent English (spoken and written). Fluent Polish. Mile widziane: BA certification (e.g. CCBA). As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing internal and external requirements, designing solutions and ensuring that our solutions meet the highest industry standards and internal roadmap. You will collaborate with airlines, ground handling teams, Product Owner, UX team, and Developers to enhance Smart LOAD's capabilities and drive operational efficiency in air cargo and passenger aircraft loading. Zakres obowiązków: Conduct detailed business analysis of customers' requirements ensuring it aligns with airline operational needs. Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders, including airline load controllers and ground operations teams. Perform gap analysis between customer needs and existing system capabilities. Collaborate with Software Developers, UX Designers, and QA teams to provide business insights and assist in test scenario creation. Define and decompose requirements into user stories for the development teams. Maintain product functional documentation and define clear Acceptance Criteria. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate new features to ensure compliance with airline and regulatory standards. Facilitate and participate in client meetings, teleconferences, and workshops to discuss requirements and solutions. Travel to customer sites when required to support implementation, training, and process optimization.
