Senior Business Analyst

Wymagania: We are looking for team player to fill Senior Business Analyst position in a dynamic international project for the customer from banking industry.- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments. - Strong experience in banking / financial services. - Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. - Experience working closely with engineering teams (APIs, integrations, systems). - Experience managing complex environments with multiple dependencies. - Fluent English (B2+/C1) for daily collaboration with international teams. - Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban). Nice to Have: - Experience in data-related projects or reporting platforms. - Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman, SQL. - Exposure to architecture concepts or system design. AI-enabled Mindset (Key Differentiator) - Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) Codzienne zadania: - Translate complex business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications. - Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring alignment and clarity. - Support end-to-end delivery, including requirement definition, refinement, and validation. - Analyze systems, data flows, and integrations to define scalable solutions. - Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and impacts across systems. - Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment. - Support UAT processes, ensuring delivered solutions meet business expectations. - Leverage AI tools to improve analysis, documentation, and delivery efficiency.
