Senior Business Analyst

O projekcie: We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong technical and analytical skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation within pharma-focused digital products. You will collaborate closely with product owners, developers, architects, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and business-driven solutions aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements. The role requires experience in business process modeling, data analysis, API-driven systems, and Agile software delivery within modern cloud-based environments leveraging FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic, Docker, EKS, and GitLab, combined with solid experience working in the pharmaceutical domain. Wymagania: - 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the pharma industry- Experience with BPMN and UML for modeling business processes and system interactions- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies- Experience working with project stacks based on FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic, EKS, Docker, and GitLab- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to balance business needs with technical feasibility Codzienne zadania: - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories - Develop BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and UML diagrams to visualize workflows, processes, system interactions, and integration flows - Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to validate user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes - Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture requirements, identify pain points, and improve usability - Work with SQL to query databases, validate data consistency, and support reporting and analytical needs - Translate business and UX requirements into actionable technical specifications for development teams working with FastAPI-based microservices architecture - Support API analysis, data mapping, and integration design using FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and Pydantic-based solutions - Collaborate with development and DevOps teams in cloud-native environments using Docker, EKS, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines - Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, refinement sessions, and retrospectives - Support testing, QA, and user acceptance processes to ensure delivered solutions meet business, UX, and regulatory standards - Ensure documentation and delivered solutions align with pharma industry compliance and data governance requirements - Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of digital products
