Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
Create business specifications, workflows, and functional documentation
Translate product ideas into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Work with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Draw.io, and Figma
Create visual models, prototypes, and process diagrams
Identify solution gaps, risks, and dependencies
Collaborate closely with developers, stakeholders, and Scrum teams
Support backlog management and feature estimation
Ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation
