Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the position of Senior Business Analyst and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the financial industry. Wymagania: Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on Finance, Accounting, CRM, and Big Data. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Proficiency in Big Data tools and technologies. High Experience or knowledge with Back-office systems Strong experience with CRM implementation (Salesforce) and/or maintenance Experience in cross systems dependencies analysis and Root-Couse analysis Ability to work in scrum framework (sprints, Kanban, acceptance criteria, DoR, DoD, refinements etc.) Excellent communication skills in English (C1) Codzienne zadania: - Analyze financial data and accounting processes to identify areas for improvement and cost savings. - Contribute to the preparation of reports and documentation for various business initiatives with strong focus on business process modelling (BPMN) - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business requirements
