Senior Business Analyst – Corporate Credit Platform

Nasze wymagania: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in similar roles within the financial or banking technology sector. Expertise in process analysis, system design, and support of IT solutions. Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage audiences across all levels. Sound understanding of software development processes, especially within Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of back-end and front-end development technologies, coupled with usability and UX principles. Experience with software testing, user acceptance testing, and managing system documentation. Fluent Polish and English language skills (spoken and written). Mile widziane: Experience in projects related to Net-Zero Banking Alliance, ESG, or sustainability initiatives. Certifications in business analysis or agile frameworks. Zakres obowiązków: Collaborate with the global Framing team to understand system roadmap evolution and long-term development plans for the corporate credit platform. Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze process needs, translating them into clear functional specifications. Develop high-level roadmaps segmented into system components and development streams to ensure strategic alignment. Manage and prioritize the scrum backlog, coordinating sprints with the overarching roadmap to ensure timely deliverables. Present functional topics to delivery teams, offering clarity and guidance to support agile development. Design and execute test scenarios, scripts, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes. Proactively suggest system enhancements and process improvements for continuous evolution. Maintain thorough documentation for end-user support and IT maintenance. Contribute to deployment strategies and user training as part of change management initiatives.
