AO225929 Wymagania: - have experience as a Business Analyst in data/commercial projects (pricing, sales, market data) - have practical knowledge of SQL and are comfortable working with data - understand how data platforms, integrations, and pipelines work - have experience working with business stakeholders and translating their needs into requirements - can look at a product holistically (KPIs, performance, optimization - have worked in an Agile environment and with backlog managemen - have basic understanding of AI / insight-generating models and their business applications - are comfortable working at the intersection of business – data – technolog - communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team - experience in pharma or regulated environments is a plus Codzienne zadania: - acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on goals and requirements - gathering, analyzing, and translating business needs into clear functional specification - collaborating with data and engineering teams on data integration, pipelines, and system desig - supporting the Product Manager in backlog management and prioritizatio - identifying and tracking key KPIs, performance metrics, and optimization opportunitie - facilitating workshops and discussions to ensure clear communication and shared understandin - contributing to the development of AI-driven insights and data-driven feature - ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives
