Senior Business Analyst (reinsurance)

Nasze wymagania: Strong experience (10years+) in business analysis within insurance/reinsurance domain Practical knowledge of reinsurance processes (e.g. treaty, facultative, claims, accounting) Hands-on experience with reinsurance tools and their configuration Ability to gather requirements, run workshops, and create process documentation Experience in project delivery and working with cross-functional teams Good understanding of system design and software development lifecycle Solid knowledge of databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server) and performance optimization Experience in reporting and working with BI tools Fluent English; additional eurpean languages are a plus O projekcie: The project focuses on the implementation and enhancement of reinsurance systems for large international insurance companies. It involves business process analysis, requirements gathering, and customization of tools supporting areas such as accounting, claims, reserves, and reinsurance contracts. The role combines strong domain expertise with business and system analysis, covering process mapping, stakeholder collaboration, and support in system design, integration, and optimization (including databases and reporting). The project is delivered in a distributed, international environment, involving cross-functional teams and external technology providers. Zakres obowiązków: Support and lead the implementation of reinsurance and insurance software solutions Elicit and analyze business requirements through stakeholder collaboration and workshops Define and document current and target business processes Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring ongoing support and alignment Contribute to system design, development, and migration activities Monitor and improve database performance (Oracle, MS SQL Server) Develop and maintain reports using BI tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment Oferujemy: Job stability – interesting projects, cooperation with leading companies, and opportunities to develop in various areas of the IT industry.
