Opis stanowiska

The role focuses on analyzing and optimizing Supply Chain processes, as well as designing solutions that support business decision-making. It combines analytical work with close client collaboration, enabling a real impact on operational efficiency and business performance. 👉 You will be responsible for: ​ Business Analysis & Process Improvement • Analyze and map Supply Chain processes across areas such as planning, logistics, warehousing, order fulfillment, and inventory management • Identify improvement opportunities based on data, KPIs, and benchmarking • Translate business needs into process and system solutions • Co-develop improvement roadmaps, including both quick wins and longer-term strategic initiatives Data & Decision Support • Define and analyze key Supply Chain KPIs, such as OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and service level • Design reports and analytical outputs to support operational and strategic decision-making • Build clear, data-driven recommendations and business cases Client Collaboration • Work closely with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and IT • Facilitate workshops and analytical discussions with clients • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams Solution Design & Documentation • Prepare business and functional requirements, process maps, and related documentation • Define metrics, reporting logic, and performance measurement frameworks • Contribute to the design of solutions such as dashboards, planning tools, and decision-support capabilities Business Development & Advisory Support In this role, you will also contribute to strengthening and expanding client relationships by applying your domain expertise and analytical perspective. • Support discovery and pre-sales activities • Help shape solution concepts and project scopes • Identify opportunities to further develop client engagement 👉 What you will need: • 8–10 years of professional experience in business analysis, consulting, or process optimization • Proven experience in analyzing and improving Supply Chain processes, such as planning, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management • Strong process mapping skills and the ability to identify optimization opportunities based on data and KPIs • Experience translating business needs into functional requirements and process/system solutions • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to define KPIs and formulate recommendations that support business decisions • Experience working directly with clients, facilitating workshops, and presenting recommendations to business stakeholders • Familiarity with analytical and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar • Familiarity with process mapping and business documentation tools such as BPMN, Visio, Miro, or similar • Experience working in project-based environments using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models 👉 Nice to Have: • Experience in a consulting environment • Involvement in discovery and/or pre-sales initiatives 👉 What we offer: • You choose your employment type – we’re open to both employment contracts and B2B arrangements.  • Learning & development opportunities – after your probation period, you’ll have access to a highly flexible and generous English language reimbursement program, along with an individual development budget to use as you see fit.  • Classic benefits like private medical care, a sports card, and a preferential life insurance plan.
