Senior Business Analyst (UX Focus)

O projekcie: We are looking for a results-driven Business Analyst with strong UX competencies to bridge the gap between business needs, user experience, and technical implementation. You will collaborate with product owners, designers, and developers to ensure solutions are user-centric, scalable, and aligned with business goals. Wymagania: - 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital products or software development - Strong understanding of UX principles and experience collaborating with UX/UI teams - Experience with BPMN and UML for modeling business processes and system interactions - Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies - Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills - Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to balance business needs with technical feasibility Codzienne zadania: - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories - Develop BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and UML diagrams to visualize workflows, processes, and system interactions - Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to validate user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes - Conduct workshops and user interviews to capture requirements and improve usability - Work with SQL to query databases, validate data, and support reporting needs - Translate business and UX requirements into actionable technical specifications for development teams - Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives - Support testing, QA, and user acceptance to ensure delivered solutions meet business and UX standards
