Zakres obowiązków: - collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements; - lead and facilitate meetings and ongoing communication with clients; - manage and oversee business analysis activities, ensuring alignment with client objectives; - define and structure business requirements in the form of clear user stories; - document requirements using appropriate diagrams, models, and process flows; - take ownership of the business perspective of implemented functionalities; - mentor and support junior analysts to ensure high‑quality deliverables; - support development teams by clarifying requirements to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
