Nasze wymagania: 5+ years of experience in CRM or data-driven marketing Proven track record of delivering measurable business results through CRM activities Strong analytical skills and experience with testing frameworks and performance reporting Experience in managing customer lifecycle and improving retention/CLV Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment Fluent English (spoken and written) O projekcie: This position focuses on delivering data-driven marketing initiatives across the full customer lifecycle. You will be responsible for planning and executing CRM strategies, running test & learn activities, and generating insights that improve database performance and customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (CRM, Customer Data, Commercial, Content, UX, CRO, Brand) and external partners to ensure a customer-first approach and support overall business goals. The role requires a proactive, self-driven mindset and strong collaboration skills. Zakres obowiązków: Define and execute segmentation and audience strategies across product launches, always-on campaigns, post-purchase and trigger-based journeys Own and optimize the end-to-end customer experience, including contact strategy (channels, frequency, journeys, testing approach) Generate actionable insights from first-party data to support future campaigns Plan and manage a testing and optimization roadmap, including regular reporting on CRM performance and impact Develop and implement loyalty and retention initiatives to increase customer lifetime value Continuously evolve the test & learn approach to strengthen data-driven marketing capabilities Build and execute strategies that improve database quality and customer lifecycle performance Partner with internal teams and agencies to deliver effective, customer-centric campaigns Align CRM activities with broader business objectives and ensure smooth execution Prepare and present post-campaign analysis, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders (including HQ/RHQ)
