Nasze wymagania: Proven experience as a Senior IT Analyst in complex IT environments Strong track record in end-to-end requirements management Advanced skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, validation, and lifecycle management Experience working in large-scale, regulated environments (e.g. banking, finance, risk, credit) Ability to translate business needs into clear and testable requirements Experience with data analysis, data lineage, and system interactions Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to facilitate discussions and drive alignment without formal authority Experience working in Agile environments (e.g. SAFe) Proactive mindset and strong ownership Mile widziane: Experience in Retail / Credit / Risk domains Knowledge of structured analysis techniques such as BPMN, UML, data modelling Experience with large-scale financial systems O projekcie: We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Analyst to drive end-to-end requirements management in complex IT initiatives within the Retail & Credit domain. This role involves close collaboration with business, IT, and development teams, as well as supporting solution design by understanding systems, data flows, and integrations.
