Nice to Have: - Experience in UK Payments. - Certifications such as CBAP or IQBBA. Codzienne zadania: - Define the most appropriate analysis approach for problems and opportunities, collaborating with a multi-skilled team. - Produce component-level flows and swimlanes mapping the sequence of payment processing. - Translate business requirements into well-defined functional user stories with clear acceptance criteria. - Perform root cause analysis for failure elements and recommend improvements. - Ensure end-to-end thinking and maintain a big-picture perspective. - Work with delivery and production teams to ensure new software is understood and supported. - Review test cases and results to validate requirements are met.
