Senior IT System Analyst (IAM) | f/m/d

- supporting the Project Manager in delivering the project plan on time and on budget, following project methodologies - effectively communicating plan, status, risks, and issues to the stakeholders in a precise and timely manner - assist with business testing preparation and execution on project deliverables, ensuring the solution meets business expectations based upon approved project scope - identifying dependencies and blockers impacting planned scope - translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications - working on estimations together with the whole Development Team - eliciting and validating requirements for Product, translate them into relevant Product Backlog items and tasks - ensuring requirements issues are tracked, reported, and resolved promptly - providing traceability of requirements and subsequent change requests, tracking the delivery of those requirements by the project team - monitoring completeness of business requirements, taking responsibility for requirement’s quality - creating detailed outcomes of business analysis process, outlining problems and opportunities for Business stakeholders - creating an appropriate level of product documentation (required for maintenance and support) - working closely with multiple stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define current business processes as well as requirements - constantly seeking for improvements and excellence
