Nasze wymagania: 6+ years of experience in PMO, Project Management, or Program Management within IT or technology-driven environments Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs Good understanding of software development and IT delivery environments Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar Solid experience in planning, risk management, and dependency tracking Ability to create clear, structured reporting and governance frameworks Understanding of business context, budgeting, and operational constraints Full professional proficiency in English, French is a plus Strong sense of ownership and accountability Ability to bring structure and clarity in complex environments Proactive approach to identifying risks and driving actions High level of attention to detail combined with a pragmatic mindset Good balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders Ability to support and guide teams while maintaining delivery discipline Results-oriented, with a focus on efficiency and value creation O projekcie: We are seeking a Senior PMO to support and partner closely with the Head of Global Services in driving execution across a portfolio of strategic initiatives. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that projects are well-structured, aligned with business objectives, and delivered efficiently. You will contribute to establishing clarity, maintaining momentum, and enabling teams to operate in a focused and effective way. Working at the intersection of business and IT, you will help translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, while ensuring consistency, visibility, and coordination across multiple workstreams.
