O projekcie: - Prestigious position at one of the world's largest banks - Stable, long-term projects - Competitive salary with a B2B contract - Private healthcare and multisport card - Growth and development opportunities with the possibility to move between projects - Referral program and company events - Convenient parking Wymagania: - Strong experience in designing and implementing complex business rules and decision logic - Solid Python programming skills, particularly in implementing business logic and data processing - Strong experience working with REST APIs, including troubleshooting and integration support - Strong knowledge of data validation and processing using JSON and XML file formats - Excellent business communication skills (clear written and verbal communication) - Ability to work effectively in a global, distributed team environment - Strong ownership mindset with proactive stakeholder engagement and follow-up - Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and its use in scripting and development workflows Nice to have: - Experience working in international or distributed teams - Familiarity with rule engines, workflow systems, or Domain-Driven Design (DDD) - Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and test cases - Understanding of programming principles and experience with Java - Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing decision trees Codzienne zadania: - Design and implement complex business rules supporting KYC and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes - Translate regulatory, risk, and business requirements into technical solutions and system logic - Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, compliance/risk teams, and engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of policy requirements - Design and contribute to the development of microservices as part of the platform modernization and legacy system decommissioning - Implement and maintain business logic using Python - Develop and support integrations using REST APIs and troubleshoot integration issues - Validate and process data using JSON and XML formats - Collaborate with global, cross-regional teams across multiple locations - Support the analysis, documentation, and clarification of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and test cases - Contribute to solution documentation and maintain clear technical and functional documentation - Utilize development tools such as GitHub Copilot to support scripting, automation, and development efficiency - Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure alignment, progress tracking, and timely delivery
