Senior Presales Engineer – Critical Infrastructure & Cybersecurity

Nasze wymagania:
Experience in presales engineering, solution engineering, infrastructure architecture or a similar technical role.
Solid technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking and cybersecurity.
Practical understanding of server and storage sizing, network architecture, firewalls, backup and disaster recovery.
The ability to select appropriate components and technologies based on customer requirements, performance, capacity, security and scalability.
An understanding of how infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity and OT/industrial systems interact.
Familiarity with technologies and vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Check Point, Palo Alto Networks, HPE or Dell.
The ability to explain technical decisions clearly to Sales, customers and Engineering.
Good spoken and written English.
Willingness to undergo the security clearance process and obtain the required security clearances.

Mile widziane:
Experience in Defence, Energy, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing or Critical Infrastructure will be a strong advantage.

O projekcie:
We’re growing our team and looking for a Senior Presales Engineer who can turn customer requirements into well-designed, technically sound solutions.
You should have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking and cybersecurity, with the ability to select and size the right components for a complete solution — from servers, storage and backup to network infrastructure and firewalls. You should also understand how these technologies fit together in complex IT/OT environments.
You don’t need to be an expert in every technology, but you should know how to approach a technical solution, which components it requires and how to select the right technologies for the job.

Zakres obowiązków:
Work with the Sales team to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
Design solution architectures and select appropriate technologies, components and vendors.
Specify and size servers, storage, networking equipment, firewalls, backup and disaster recovery solutions based on project requirements.
Ensure that proposed components are compatible, properly sized and integrated into a coherent architecture.
Understand IT/OT environments, network segmentation and cybersecurity requirements, including their impact on solution design.
Prepare technical proposals, bills of materials (BOMs), architecture diagrams and technical documentation to support sales offers.
Work with Engineering to validate technical assumptions and ensure proposed solutions can be delivered.
Collaborate with technology vendors and manufacturers to select components and validate solution designs.
