Senior Product Owner / Analyst (Contract Lifecycle Manager)

Nasze wymagania: Senior-level experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in transformation initiatives. A strong IT background and extensive knowledge of Conga is mandatory Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) environments or large-scale contract structuring projects. Strong understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Experience working with AI-based document processing and structured data extraction. Ability to define data models and data dictionaries. Experience working in multi-regional sales environments. Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills. O projekcie: The Senior Product Owner / Analyst will lead the structuring and activation of the contract base as part of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiative. The role focuses on consolidating contracts into a defined target environment, extracting relevant data using AI and traditional pipelines, and translating findings into actionable items for Account Managers. A strong IT background and extensive knowledge of Conga is mandatory Zakres obowiązków: Assess the current contract landscape (repository and non-centralized storage). Define and structure the target contract data environment Lead the ETL process for contracts using a combination of: Internal AI capabilities Classical data pipelines Define and formalize a contract data dictionary. Identify services delivered without formal contracts. Translate extracted contract data into concrete action plans for Account Managers. Coordinate with stakeholders across different sales channels Ensure prioritization and tracking of actions derived from contract analysis.
