Senior System / Business Analyst with (Java/Kafka)

O projekcie: Project Description We are looking for a Senior System / Business Analyst with a strong technical and analytical background to join the CRM & Finance team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business and IT, driving the analysis and design of complex system solutions in a modern enterprise environment. You will be responsible for shaping technical concepts, analyzing legacy systems, supporting architectural decisions, and ensuring end-to-end solution consistency and quality. The project involves work within distributed systems and integrations across CRM and financial platforms, in close collaboration with Product Owners, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders. Wymagania: - Minimum 5 years of experience in system analysis, solution design, or business-system analysis- Strong knowledge of UML and BPMN- Ability to read and analyze Java / Spring code- Practical knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL (Oracle) – reading and writing queries- Experience with MongoDB- Good understanding of microservices, event-driven, and monolithic architectures- Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ- Knowledge of REST and SOAP integrations- Experience working with DevOps practices- Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence- Fluent English communication skills Nice to Have - Experience with AWS- Ability to read React or Angular code- Experience with CI/CD pipelines- Familiarity with modeling and design tools (e.g. Figma)- Previous experience in CRM or Finance domain Codzienne zadania: - Act as the main link between business stakeholders and IT teams - Gather, analyze, and refine business and system requirements - Design system solutions, integrations, and data models - Prepare functional and technical documentation - Conduct reverse engineering and analysis of legacy systems - Support and participate in technical decision-making processes - Ensure consistency and quality of end-to-end solutions - Collaborate closely with development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle - Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and requirements clarification - Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and project activities
