Senior Systems Analyst – IT Industry

You will help design, analyze, and optimize complex systems, contributing directly to innovative solutions that enhance business transformation and operational efficiency. Your main responsibilities: • Perform comprehensive system analyses to identify opportunities for improvements and new solutions • Document processes within Enterprise Architecture (EA) to ensure clarity and alignment • Collaborate in maintaining and developing new application solutions to meet evolving business needs • Support production processes through controls, analyses, and testing procedures • Work closely with development teams, testers, and business analysts to ensure seamless project delivery • Define system scope and create detailed analyses to facilitate implementation • Develop pre-implementation analysis to guide effective project execution • Contribute to architecture design and conceptualization of innovative system solutions You're ideal for this role if you have: • 4+ years of experience in systems analysis or related fields • Strong knowledge of Kafka, REST, and database management (MS SQL, PostgreSQL) • Proven ability to work in teams and in Agile environments • Excellent analytical skills and experience in defining test scenarios • Expertise in system modeling tools such as UML and BPMN • Good understanding of testing methodologies and diagnostic actions It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)• Experience with ETL processes, JIRA, or working in international settings • Knowledge of AsyncAPI, Java, and banking data models • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic ETL concepts Language Required for the role: • Communicative proficiency in English (at least B2 level) • Fluency in Polish Eligibility for the role: • Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered #MAKEYourCareerBETTERInterested?
