Nasze wymagania:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, IT Consultant, or similar role.
Strong experience working alongside Solution or System Architects.
Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
Experience creating process maps, technical documentation, and functional specifications.
Hands-on experience with diagramming, wireframing, or UI design tools.
Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional Agile teams.
Mile widziane:
Experience in domains such as Commercial Excellence, CRM, Omnichannel Marketing, Marketing Automation, Analytics, Mobile Messaging, Social Media Platforms, and MarTech solutions.
O projekcie:
The role involves supporting the rollout of a modern Mobile Messaging technology stack.
Act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution.
Zakres obowiązków:
Translate high-level business requirements into detailed, development-ready user stories.
Define functional and technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and user scenarios.
Co-own and continuously refine the product backlog together with the Product Owner.
Act as Proxy Product Owner for designated technical domains when required.
Analyze business processes and technical constraints to define optimal solution options.
Create system workflows, process maps, data models, and API specifications.
Collaborate closely with Enterprise and Solution Architects during solution design.
Validate vendor-delivered solutions and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
Support Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.
Provide day-to-day guidance to development teams by answering functional and technical questions.
Prepare test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Perform requirements elicitation, gap analysis, feasibility assessments, and process improvements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams across the organization.
Support prioritization activities by preparing backlog items for Product Owner decisions.
