About the Role Apollo’s Poland office is one of our most technically talented and tightly-knit engineering hubs, and the person who recruits for it needs to be exceptional. We are hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for our Poland team: a permanent, solo role with real autonomy, real ownership, and real impact on how we build one of Apollo’s most important technical sites. This is not only a req-execution role. You will be a system-level operator: designing and improving how hiring works in Poland, acting as a trusted advisor to Engineering leaders, building Apollo’s employer brand in the local market, and bringing AI-native workflows to everything you do. You come with your own playbook, you adapt it to our context, and you make it better. Beyond recruiting, you will work alongside Apollo's Poland People Operations team members to support the broader employee experience in Poland. Together, you will ensure Poland-based employees are well-supported and that people processes run smoothly. Your recruiting-first background makes you a natural complement to a more HR-specialist colleague, you bring talent market knowledge, candidate experience instincts, and a builder's mindset to a team. You will report to our Technical Recruitment Manager and work closely with the broader People and Talent team globally.  You will be the single point of contact for all things TA in Poland, which means the best candidates in the market know Apollo because of you. What You’ll Do Own Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting - Run end-to-end hiring for Software Engineers (Backend, Frontend, Fullstack, Staff and above) and other technical roles across the Poland office, from sourcing strategy through offer close - Partner deeply with Engineering and Product leaders to understand role requirements, craft accurate scorecards, and act as a trusted advisor on hiring decisions and market realities - Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive technical talent through creative sourcing strategies, going well beyond LinkedIn Recruiter into niche Polish tech communities, referral networks, and direct outreach - Influence hiring decisions using data-driven pipeline analytics, market benchmarks, and funnel insights Drive System-Level Impact - Identify systemic problems in the Poland hiring process and design solutions that change how we operate, not just patches but durable improvements - Design and implement AI-powered recruiting workflows that improve sourcing speed, outreach personalisation, pipeline analytics, and candidate screening, bringing tools beyond basic prompt usage including structured automations, integrations, and agentic workflows - Build recruiting frameworks and playbooks that can scale with the Poland team as it grows - Orchestrate cross-functional coordination across Talent Acquisition, People Ops, Compensation, and business teams to ensure a seamless hiring-to-onboard-to growth experience - Partner with the Poland People Ops team member to support employees on HR queries, policies, and benefits, and help localise and communicate those policies for the Polish context Champion Candidate Experience and Employer Brand - Design and continuously improve the candidate experience across every stage of the hiring funnel, from first touch to offer, ensuring Apollo is known as a standout employer in the Polish tech market - Own Apollo’s employer brand presence in Poland through community engagement, social content, partnerships with local universities and tech networks, and event presence that builds Apollo’s reputation as a destination for top Polish engineering talent - Act as a culture carrier for the Poland office, representing Apollo’s values, energy, and mission in every candidate interaction and contributing to employee engagement initiatives and team events that make Poland a great place to work Elevate the Team - Share workflows, processes, and frameworks with the broader TA team globally, raising the standard for how technical recruiting is done at Apollo - Identify and surface insights from the Poland talent market that inform global TA strategy - Contribute to cross-functional People and Talent initiatives beyond pure recruiting, including People Ops workflows, onboarding process improvements, and talent branding projects
