ServiceNow Analyst (f/m/x)

Nasze wymagania: Minimum 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform Proven experience as a Business Analyst Ability to work with both technology and business stakeholders daily Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, especially in addressing development issues, negotiating with customers, and implementing solutions based on ServiceNow best practices Fundamental understanding of the technologies used within ServiceNow, such as JavaScript, REST API, and relational databases Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience in creating understandable flow charts according to BPMN guidelines Fluency in Polish and English required Residing in Poland required Mile widziane: ServiceNow Certified System Admin certification O projekcie: Sii ServiceNow Competency Center provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States.
