Participate in solution design, configuration, and implementation across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. Ensure platform best practices, maintainability, and upgrade readiness. Collaborate with architects, project managers, and QA to deliver high-quality outcomes. Document designs, configurations, and testing plans.
