ServiceNow HRSD Analyst (f/m/x)

Nasze wymagania: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly with the HRSD module Previous experience as a Business Analyst Ability to collaborate with both technology and business stakeholders daily Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, especially in addressing development issues, negotiating with customers, and implementing solutions based on ServiceNow best practices Fundamental understanding of the technologies used within ServiceNow, such as JavaScript, REST API, and relational databases Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience in creating understandable flow charts according to BPMN guidelines English proficiency at a level enabling effective communication (B2 or higher) Mile widziane: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification O projekcie: The ServiceNow Team at Sii provides comprehensive services to clients across various industries in Europe and the United States. In this role, you will be involved in multiple projects utilizing various modules and applications within the ServiceNow platform.
