Nasze wymagania: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, as an SAP Production Planning Consultant, or directly within Production Planning functions (PP, PP-PI, MRP) Strong expertise in standard SAP functionalities, with a focus on minimizing unnecessary customization Knowledge of AI tools will be considered an advantage Fluent English communication skills Availability for business travel up to 30% Solid understanding of integrated SAP processes, particularly within MM, IBP/APO, and Demand Planning Experience in capacity planning, bottleneck management, and constraint-based planning methodologies Ability to convert business requirements into SAP standard solutions Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication skills and ability to cooperate effectively with cross-functional teams Zakres obowiązków: Identify and define the required data-related enhancements and modifications Analyze and determine necessary improvements and adjustments within business processes Assess and estimate the anticipated benefits and outcomes resulting from process improvements Create, monitor, and maintain scorecards measuring the effectiveness of implemented process enhancements Oversee the execution of identified improvements and changes, including solution design, planning, implementation, and post-implementation evaluation Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts from other departments and the ICT Business Partner Team to ensure implemented solutions align with business goals, strategy, and expectations, while optimizing SAP PP and connected modules Leading and documenting the business process blueprinting phase Coordinating activities related to master data cleansing and migration/loading Preparing a comprehensive list of business integration test scenarios Taking part in integration testing and, together with end users, validating process results for impacted business areas Developing training documentation, including both system user guides and process-oriented materials Conducting training sessions for users and key stakeholders Providing operational support during go-live and post go-live phases Oferujemy: Creative and challenging work in an international environment in a company very well recognized on the market.
