Specialist, Business Analysis

Nasze wymagania: Proficiency in Polish, English and Italian (spoken and written at B2/C1 level); Strong analytical skills and the ability to create documentation; Good work organization, ability to manage multiple tasks and to meet deadlines; Willingness to travel abroad for business purposes. Mile widziane: Experience in business analysis (experience in the banking industry will be an additional advantage); Good knowledge of JIRA and Confluence; Strong proficiency in MS Excel; Independence, proactivity, and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Zakres obowiązków: Collecting and analyzing business requirements for IT solutions; Collaborating with business owners to define their needs and expectations; Suggesting IT solutions that meet user needs; Analyzing and optimizing business processes; Cooperating with Project Managers; Creating and maintaining analytical documentation; Supporting business user during the UAT phase; Developing skills administrator-level in Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
