Mentor a team of analysts.  - Work directly with clients, demonstrating a commitment to improvement. Conduct workshops using design techniques to create a coherent value proposition.  - Deliver client engagements accordingly to agile principles. Stay highly motivated, ensuring continuous improvement in project outcomes.  - Collaborate with managers at the intersection of experience strategy, business and product design.
