System Analyst

Today, we are privileged to have in our team the best individuals in each sector we operate within the financial services industry.We are looking for a System Analyst with strong expertise in REST API integrations and ETL processes to support digital transformation projects in the insurance sector. The role covers requirements analysis, data mappings, interface specifications, and close collaboration with development teams. Location: Remote from Poland Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: B2B Responsibilities: • Gather and document functional and system requirements for REST API integrations. • Design integration flows, data mappings, and system interaction diagrams. • Create detailed technical documentation using Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar tools. • Perform API exploration and validation using Postman. • Analyze and design ETL workflows and data transformations between systems. • Support developers and testers during the full software development lifecycle. • Assist in troubleshooting integration or data‑related issues. • Requirements: • 5+ years of experience as System Analyst / Technical Analyst. • Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON schemas, and integration patterns. • Proficiency with Postman, JIRA, Confluence, and diagramming tools. • Solid understanding of ETL concepts, data transformation logic, and integration pipelines. • Working experience with SQL for validation, data analysis, and troubleshooting. • Good understanding of software development processes. • Fluency in English. • Poland based. • Nice to have: • Domain knowledge in insurance or financial services. • Experience with Azure cloud components (API Management, Functions, Integration Services). • Familiarity with event-driven integrations or messaging systems.
