The Business Analyst translates business needs into effective, compliant digital solutions across CRM, loyalty, and connected touchpoints, working closely with business teams, global IT, and external partners. Zakres obowiązków: Lead implementation and support of the global and local 1‑2‑1 application across markets in scope. Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and delivery plans. Ensure effective integration between the 1‑2‑1 application, CRM platforms, and other consumer touchpoints. Coordinate global, regional, and local vendors to ensure quality, timely delivery, and contract compliance. Manage and resolve application‑related issues impacting users or business operations. Ensure compliance with global Digital Marketing Technology policies, security, and governance standards. Collaborate with local and global IDT Digital Marketing teams and represent the function in business forums. Perform business analysis activities supporting both project delivery and BAU operations.
