Opis stanowiska
O projekcie:
As a System Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in understanding business requirements, work with cross functional IT and business teams, and apply Coupa expertise/ industry knowledge to provide robust, configurable and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform functional, technical and maintenance functions to include, but not be limited to the following:- Own and maintain Coupa Procure to Pay, SIM, Core and CRA processes (80% functional, 20% technical)- Manage key processes like Catalog management, Project and non project based procurement, Approval workflows, Accruals, Supplier collaboration through CSP, cXML, SAN- Manage Coupa integrations with Oracle ERP, Vertex, Workday, Servicenow and other boundary applications- Must be able to work with internal IT and lead external IT teams to adopt best practices to simplify user experience- Ability to debug the system for issues and provide management summary in business speaks for the issues, root cause, next steps in business terms- Should be able to work in fast pace, Agile environment and multiple projects simultaneously- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders in US and EMEA time zones.

Wymagania:
- A bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance or a related discipline- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Coupa P2P, SIM, Core, CRA modules with integration touchpoints with Oracle ERP- Excellent Interpersonal & communication skills, detail oriented and a self-starter
