Technical Business Analyst

Nasze wymagania: Proven experience delivering technical Business Analysis for change initiatives involving multiple stakeholders Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences Solid understanding of ESG Data and the data lifecycle Experience working in Agile tech delivery teams Familiarity with data integration solutions and third-party platform integration Ability to create clear, structured documentation and maintain traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle O projekcie: We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in Data Analytics or Data Platforms. In this role, you will lead initiatives that enhance the firm’s data ingestion, data products, data quality processes, and integration with key platforms such as Google Cloud and Hadoop. You will work closely with data engineers and business stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable, high-quality data solutions. Sounds like your kind of challenge? Zakres obowiązków: Elicit requirements using interviews, workshops, document analysis, and workflow analysis Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project requirements and scope Work with the Pod Delivery Manager to communicate progress, estimates, and updates to stakeholders and senior management Support projects with analysis, testing, and organisational tasks as needed Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery using Agile methodologies Gather, analyse, and document data, translating it into technical specifications for data engineers Ensure all requirements, process flows, and solution designs are clearly documented and traceable Promote and adhere to data governance standards, including data definitions, lineage, and quality Produce high-quality documentation such as business requirements, data dictionaries, source-to-target mappings, and user guides Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.
