The role focuses on analysing technology controls, compliance processes, and operational requirements to help enable automation across platform environments. You will work closely with engineering teams, control owners, risk specialists, and platform stakeholders to identify opportunities for simplifying and automating controls within a scalable technology ecosystem. This role combines analytical thinking, process improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and technology understanding to help drive efficient and compliant engineering practices. – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex processes and control environments – Experience working as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or within technology governance / IT controls environments – Understanding of software engineering processes, platform technologies, and cloud or infrastructure environments – Familiarity with risk, compliance, security, or operational control frameworks within technology organisations – Ability to interpret policies and translate business or regulatory requirements into practical solutions – Experience working with cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and governance functions – Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills – Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving technology environments with an agile or iterative delivery approach – Self-driven, collaborative, and proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and automation – Professional level English communication skills Codzienne zadania: - Analyse technology, security, and operational controls to determine how they can be integrated into platform-based delivery models - Collaborate with engineering, governance, and risk teams to identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation - Translate policies, procedures, and compliance requirements into scalable technical or operational solutions - Support the design of automated controls and monitoring capabilities across platform services - Work with platform and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment with engineering standards and governance expectations - Coordinate discussions across multiple teams and stakeholders to drive delivery of transformation initiatives - Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement within existing control frameworks - Contribute to the evolution of internal processes, tooling, and operating models supporting engineering platforms - Support iterative delivery approaches focused on automation, standardisation, and operational excellence
