Strong analytical and logical skills – you have the ability to draw conclusions, notice details and solve problems logically,
Strong communication skill – you ask relevant questions and convey information clearly,
Knowledge that user experience, standardisation of solutions and meeting business objectives are important,
Fluency in English (min. B2) – both spoken and written,
Understanding of key priorities – user experience, solution standardisation and meeting business objectives. under the guidance of an experienced mentor,
Ability to proactively seek answers and solutions,
Working with technical documentation – you know how important it is to prepare specifications well and communicate effectively in this area,
Ambition to manage projects in the future,
Knowledge of SQL or the insurance industry will be an additional advantage, but is not required.

Zakres obowiązków:
Analysing customer requirements, creating or verifying technical specifications,
Designing new system functionalities and developing existing areas,
Supervising the quality of implemented solutions and their compliance with specifications,
Configuring insurance products, creating SQL scripts, building documents (XML/XSLT),
Analysing and investigating the causes of errors,
Communicating with developers, testers and business analysts,
