Want to make an impact? We offer that Due to continued growth, we are hiring a Technical Business Analyst to support a critical, large-scale IT transformation programme in Dublin. The role will focus on designing and establishing a master integration framework that aligns IT architecture, platforms, and data flows across up to seven interdependent workstreams. Key Responsibilities: · Lead the development of a Master Integration Framework to coordinate IT architecture and platforms across multiple workstreams. · Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language and vice versa. · Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, delivery teams, and third-party IT vendors. · Operate within an existing programme structure, rapidly assessing current state, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements. · Gather and synthesise information from: o Internal documentation repositories o Architecture artefacts o External third-party vendors o Programme documentation and delivery teams · Identify information gaps and define structured approaches to close them. · Produce high-quality documentation, integration models, and governance frameworks. · Develop scalable models that support iterative updates based on testing, deployment, and operational outcomes. · Support senior stakeholders by building confidence and trust, gaining buy-in for recommended approaches and clearly justifying decisions and trade-offs · Ensure frameworks support post-implementation change and long-term maintainability. · Work effectively within both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Requirements: · 7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst on large, complex digital change programmes. · Experience managing large data volumes within sensitive and/or regulated environments. · Demonstrated success working on high-profile programmes with demanding timeframes. · Experience stepping into an established programme and adding value quickly. · Strong experience coordinating across multiple workstreams and vendors. · Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive-level audiences. · Ability to assess technical architecture and integration patterns. · Experience producing integration documentation, operating models, and governance frameworks. · Strong analytical and gap assessment skills. · Experience supporting implementation phases including testing, deployment, and live operations. · Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, public sector). · Exposure to cloud platforms, particularly: o Amazon Web Services (AWS) o Microsoft technology stack (e.g., Azure, M365, Dynamics) · Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall tools, processes, and governance models.
