O projekcie: Offer: - Private medical care - Co-financing for the sports card - Constant support of dedicated consultant - Employee referral program Wymagania: - Minimum 3 years of experience as IT Analyst - Strong analytical skills and experience in business and IT analysis - Strong in collaboration and building relationship with our stakeholders - Experience with collecting, validating and structuring business functional and non-functional requirements - Experience with process modelling and visualization techniques - Understanding of data analysis and information modelling - Good writing skills, presentation and communication skills - Familiar with agile way of working - Previous experience in banking domain, especially in the financial crime prevention area, is a bonus - Very good command of English, both spoken and written Nice to have: - Experience in Hadoop and Transaction monitoring domain - Sound knowledge of various products of Capital Markets and Trade Finance respectively Codzienne zadania: - Act as bridge between the Business and IT teams from scope perspective - Collect, validate, structure and document business functional and non-functional requirements - Act the SPOC for any questions/clarifications from Developers/Testers regarding requirements - Provide support to the Testing team in drafting the Test scenarios - Provide support to the Business team during UAT from scope coverage perspective
