O projekcie: We are expanding our capabilities in the Veeva ecosystem and building a strong delivery footprint for Pharma, Biotech, and Healthcare clients. We are looking for an experienced Veeva Business Analyst (Commercial) to support global and regional implementations, enhancements, and optimization initiatives within Veeva CRM. What we offer - Opportunity to work on global Veeva programs - Flexible remote work - Exposure to leading Pharma and Biotech organizations Wymagania: Requirements - Proven experience as a Veeva Consultant / Business Analyst / BA (CRM / Vault) - Strong hands-on experience with Veeva CRM (Commercial modules) - Background in Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology / Healthcare industries - Experience working with global stakeholders - Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Fluent English Nice to have - Experience with Veeva Vault - Salesforce ecosystem knowledge (Veeva CRM is built on Salesforce) Codzienne zadania: - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Veeva CRM (Commercial) solutions - Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Medical teams - Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories - Support configuration and optimization of Veeva CRM (CLM, Approved Email, Call Reporting, etc.) - Work closely with Veeva Consultants, Developers, and QA teams - Participate in UAT, training, and deployment activities - Ensure alignment with industry standards and compliance requirements (GxP, Pharma regulations)
