Veeva Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Veeva Business Analyst (Commercial) to support global and regional implementations, enhancements, and optimization initiatives within Veeva CRM. What we offer - Opportunity to work on global Veeva programs - Flexible remote work - Exposure to leading Pharma and Biotech organizations Wymagania: Requirements - Proven experience as a Veeva Consultant / Business Analyst / BA (CRM / Vault) - Strong hands-on experience with Veeva CRM (Commercial modules) - Background in Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology / Healthcare industries - Experience working with global stakeholders - Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Fluent English Nice to have - Experience with Veeva Vault - Salesforce ecosystem knowledge (Veeva CRM is built on Salesforce) Codzienne zadania: - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Veeva CRM (Commercial) solutions - Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Medical teams - Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories - Support configuration and optimization of Veeva CRM (CLM, Approved Email, Call Reporting, etc.) - Work closely with Veeva Consultants, Developers, and QA teams - Participate in UAT, training, and deployment activities - Ensure alignment with industry standards and compliance requirements (GxP, Pharma regulations)
