O projekcie: The AI Architect is a strategic visionary responsible for the high-level design and governance of Virtusa’s AI platforms. With over a decade of experience, you define the architecture that supports multiple AI use cases across the enterprise. Your role is to ensure that our AI solutions are not only cutting-edge but also cost-effective, secure, and compliant with global regulations. You advise C-suite stakeholders on the "Buy vs. Build" strategy for LLMs and Vector Stores. Wymagania: - Proven Tenure: 10+ years of professional experience in software/data architecture, with a significant portfolio of successfully delivered enterprise-scale AI/ML projects. - Architectural Mastery: Expertise in designing distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures that incorporate AI capabilities. - Deep Tech Authority: Recognized expert in Python, Google Gemini, LangChain, and VectorDB technologies (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.). - Cloud Strategy: Expert-level knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), specifically Vertex AI, GKE, and enterprise security frameworks. - Governance & Ethics: Comprehensive understanding of AI governance, including security guardrails, PII masking, and ethical AI frameworks. - Operational Excellence: Deep understanding of MLOps and LLMOps, including CI/CD/CT (Continuous Testing) for language models. - Evaluation Strategy: Ability to design custom evaluation frameworks that go beyond RAGAS to measure business impact and system reliability. - Strategic Advisory: Experience presenting complex AI roadmaps to VP and C-suite level stakeholders, with a focus on risk mitigation and ROI. - Industry Influence: Contribution to whitepapers, patents, or industry conferences is highly desirable. - Advanced Degree: Preferred Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field (CS, Math, AI, etc.).
