Language: Polish, English. Tool Pro: AI/ML architecture, Cloud services, MLOps tools, LLM, RAG, MCP, Feature Store, Model Registry, DataOps methodologies. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to transfer knowledge. O projekcie: As an AI/ML Solutions Architect you are a natural mentor eager to share knowledge and bridge the gap between complex technology and strategic business goals, possessing the unique mix of hard skills and soft competencies required to drive innovation. Zakres obowiązków: Design and update AI/ML system architectures, selecting appropriate cloud services, LLMs, and MLOps tools (including RAG and model management) to ensure scalable and cost-effective solutions. Oversee the implementation of AI models and pipelines by collaborating with Data Science and Development teams to ensure compliance with architectural standards and quality requirements. Establish and promote best practices and reference components, such as Feature Stores and LLM Gateways, to unify processes and increase the reusability of AI/ML solutions. Analyze technological dependencies and risks, including model bias, drift, and security threats, to ensure the stability and safety of the AI/ML environment. Support the definition of AI/ML strategies and roadmaps by working with business stakeholders to align technical architecture with organizational goals. Manage technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to ensure the continuity of knowledge and empower operational and development teams.
