Nasze wymagania:
Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise IT architectures or AI-based solutions.
Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and enterprise AI architectures.
Practical knowledge of MCP and its use in integrating AI models with external systems.
Experience implementing API gateways, AI gateways, or similar access-management solutions.
Understanding of AI security, including authentication, authorization, access control, and secure tool execution.
Experience integrating enterprise applications, APIs, and internal systems.
Knowledge of enterprise security architecture, governance, and access management principles.
Strong architectural thinking and the ability to translate business and security requirements into technical solutions.
Proficiency in Polish & good command of English.
Mile widziane:
Previous experience in the banking sector.
Experience designing secure development environments or developer workstations.
Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with technical teams, architects, and security stakeholders.

As an AI Solutions Architect, you will be working for our client, one of the leaders in online banking, on designing and implementing secure, enterprise-grade AI solutions. You will shape the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) with internal systems, develop Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, and implement AI gateways and security mechanisms. Your expertise will help create a controlled environment where AI agents can interact with enterprise systems while meeting strict security and governance standards.
Warsaw-based opportunity with a hybrid work model — 2 days per month in the office.
Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.
Zakres obowiązków:
Design and implement enterprise AI architectures based on LLMs, MCP, and AI agent technologies.
Develop and integrate MCP servers and connectors to provide secure access to internal systems and enterprise services.
Implement and maintain AI gateways that control access to LLMs, tools, APIs, and enterprise resources.
Establish security mechanisms governing AI agent permissions, authentication, authorization, and access control.
Design secure integration patterns between AI solutions and enterprise applications.
Define architectural standards and best practices for building, deploying, and maintaining enterprise AI solutions.
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and development teams to ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend solutions that improve security, scalability, and operational efficiency.
