AI Technical Lead

Nasze wymagania: 7+ years of engineering experience, with deep expertise in Java and Web API development Strong understanding of scalable, secure distributed architectures and high-availability patterns Proficiency in REST/HTTP semantics, API contracts (JSON/YAML), and CI/CD best practices Ability to read, assess, and review code in at least Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Python Experience with modern SDLC practices, Git workflows, and automation in DevOps environments Strong presentation and documentation skills, especially using approaches such as C4 diagrams Ability to translate abstract business goals into concrete technical solutions Mile widziane: Knowledge of AI tools and LLM-based frameworks (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, MCP models) Familiarity with Cybersecurity principles or DevSecOps practices Understanding of additional ecosystems like Go, Rust, or functional languages Experience with agent-based architectures and automation at scale O projekcie: Your mission is to streamline developer workflows, optimize toolchains, and ensure that thousands of engineers across the enterprise have seamless access to the tools and platforms they need.
