API Integration Architect / Product Owner 100% REMOTE (based in Poland with occasional travel to client sites) B2B via Experis B2B rate: 180-230 PLN netto+VAT/h Full-time job   About the role • Senior Design Authority / API Integration Product Owner in a global insurance transformation program • Responsible for API architecture and integration across a new front-office platform • Combines architecture leadership, product ownership, and delivery coordination Key responsibilities • Define API architecture, integration standards, and interface design • Act as Product Owner for the integration stream (backlog, priorities, requirements) • Translate business needs into technical integration solutions • Coordinate multiple agile teams and manage cross-workstream dependencies • Ensure integration quality, scalability, and security • Align stakeholders across business, IT, and external partners Requirements • Strong experience in API architecture and enterprise system integration • Background as Solution Architect / Integration Lead / API Product Owner • Experience in large-scale transformation programs • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, security, event-driven architecture, integration patterns • Ability to define functional and non-functional requirements • Experience working with Java and/or C# environments • Experience coordinating multiple agile teams Nice to have • Insurance domain experience (platforms, claims, underwriting, CRM, broker integrations) • Experience with enterprise integration ecosystems and complex system landscapes We offer • Long-term international transformation project (6+ months, full-time) • Remote work (based in PL) with limited travel • High-impact role combining architecture, product, and delivery leadership • Dynamic, fast-paced environment with global stakeholders • Medicover • Multisport • Group insurance • E-learning platform
