emagine is looking for an Architect who has experience within PLM or PIM for one of our partners. Read more about the role below.
Summary:
The role seeks a senior product/domain architect to oversee the architecture and influence stakeholders within the Products area. The architect will manage technical and organizational decisions to ensure robust product development and alignment with business priorities.
Experience:
- Solution Architect/Tech Lead, well versed in the complexities of large organizations
- Experience with PLM/PIM/ (ERP systems)
- Experience with both Java and C# is an advantage
- Experience with both technical and non-technical stakeholder management
- Experience working with SaaS and legacy solutions
Profile:
- A determined personality who can step in and flag if things are not going in the right direction and is able to course correct
- Is able to help/support and challenge both developers and stakeholders
- Is able to adjust to incoming changes in business priorities
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Is able to advise and if necessary, challenge the business stakeholders regarding priorities
- System and ecosystem level thinking
Responsibilities:
- Documentation driver and supporter for developers in different teams: giving feedback and planning what needs to be done.
- Creates and owns technical solution design, estimates and communication of solution together with the team
- Checks in with the team(PLM, PIM, Artworks) frequently
- Is able to follow through and check the progress on all projects
- Maintain and follow technical roadmap
- Support HoIP and Delivery Leads
Assignments:
- React quickly to potential changes in the technical organization such as new security requirements, Azure infrastructure costs, etc.
- Support and challenge the business when they come up with new tasks/ ideas. Create solution proposals for the high priority tasks and challenge tasks that aren’t a priority
- Helping with scoping of technical tasks for developers or pointing out technical aspects that can impact a task to a PO
- Investigating and scoping business requirements and translating them into a technically feasible solution
- Following the technical strategy that was set for 2027
- Support the teams in the roll outs projects with technical advice, sparring and direction
- Collaborate with the teams to create solution proposals for projects
- Support HoIP and Delivery Leads by sharing technical information relevant to their day-to-day activities
