Architect Juniper SD Wan (m/f/n)

For one of the EU institutions we are looking for an Architect Juniper SD Wan. Job Description: As an Infrastructure Architect you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our infrastructure solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the clients receive best-in-class services and that our infrastructure is robust, scalable, and secure. Your expertise in open-source technologies, infrastructure such as code, and automation will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: • Infrastructure Design: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design infrastructure solutions that meet client requirements and industry best practices. • Open-Source Expertise: Demonstrate strong expertise in open-source technologies, including Linux, DNS BIND, and other relevant tools. • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Utilize Infrastructure as Code principles to automate the provisioning and management of infrastructure resources. • GitLab and Ansible: Create and maintain GitLab repositories and Ansible playbooks to automate infrastructure tasks and configurations. • Architectural Guidance: Provide architectural guidance and recommendations to clients and internal teams for infrastructure improvements. • Security: Ensure that infrastructure solutions are designed and implemented with a strong focus on security best practices. • Scalability: Design scalable infrastructure solutions to accommodate future growth and evolving client needs. • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure designs, configurations, and procedures. • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and security, to ensure the successful delivery of services. • Technical Leadership: Serve as a technical leader, guiding teams in the implementation of infrastructure solutions. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred). • Proven experience as an Infrastructure Architect in a managed services environment. • Strong proficiency in Linux administration and open-source technologies. • Experience with DNS BIND configuration and management. • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Ansible. • Solid understanding of GitLab for version control and CI/CD pipelines. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Juniper SD WAN Offer: • Work model: remote • Contract type: B2B signed with client • Rate: up to 660 EUR/MD net • Employment dimension: full-time
