O projekcie: Architect – Observability Platform What’s in it for you - Influence the architecture of a large-scale observability platform supporting mission-critical enterprise systems. - Work on complex challenges related to high-volume telemetry processing, distributed monitoring, and large-scale system observability. - Define modern observability standards and architecture patterns for metrics, logging, and tracing across cloud and hybrid environments. - Collaborate with global engineering and operations teams in a highly technical, innovation-driven environment. - Play a key role in shaping platform strategy and enabling proactive operations through modern observability capabilities. Wymagania: - 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, platform architecture, or senior engineering roles focused on distributed systems and data-intensive platforms. - Strong expertise in observability architectures, including metrics, logging, and tracing systems. - Experience designing high-scale telemetry data platforms handling large volumes of operational data. - Deep knowledge of open-source observability technologies such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki. - Experience with OpenTelemetry standards and telemetry schema design. - Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and distributed system design, including scalability, resilience, and high availability. - Experience designing data ingestion, processing, and storage pipelines for operational or telemetry data. - Proven ability to guide engineering teams and align architecture decisions with operational and business objectives. Nice to have - Experience integrating observability platforms with cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure. - Familiarity with large-scale logging platforms and log analytics systems. - Experience with telemetry enrichment, CMDB integrations, or service topology mapping. - Understanding of AIOps concepts and data modeling for operational intelligence. - Experience working in large engineering teams building internal platforms for enterprise-scale environments. Codzienne zadania: - Design the end-to-end architecture for a custom-built enterprise observability platform enabling unified monitoring of metrics, logs, and traces across large-scale distributed systems. Define system architecture, telemetry data flows, ingestion pipelines, and storage strategies supporting high-volume observability data at scale. - Establish standards for telemetry collection and schema design using OpenTelemetry and Prometheus-compatible metrics models. - Shape scalable and resilient solutions using cloud-native and event-driven architecture patterns to support real-time observability and operational insights. - Guide architectural decisions across data ingestion, enrichment, retention strategies, querying performance, and integration with operational systems. - Lead architectural governance and technical direction for a distributed engineering team delivering platform components and integrations. - Collaborate with engineering teams, SREs, DevOps, and platform stakeholders to translate operational requirements into robust observability capabilities. - Drive best practices in platform scalability, reliability, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
