You will work closely with delivery and business teams across the organization to translate high-level concepts, designs, and user stories into robust architectural solution. You will support department management in achieving both quantitative and qualitative targets and assist other units within the Group Division, and beyond, on relevant cross-functional topics. You will be accountable for the activities and performance of your team in pursuit of these objectives and will assume disciplinary leadership responsibility for the assigned team members. Digital Architecture is the central enterprise architecture unit of Commerzbank AG. We define the target architecture, provide guidance to the cluster delivery organization, and are actively involved in current change projects. The A‑App and Architecture Governance team develops and operates the central software product inventory, which provides insights into more than 4,000 software products used across the bank. Our team is based in both Frankfurt and Łódź. Zakres obowiązków: Contributing to a cohesive vision for a user‑friendly solution for the software product repository (Architecture App) Defining, implementing, and maintaining application and reference solution designs Analyzing solution patterns, identifying primary components and subsystems, and collaborating with the internal framework team Participating in product design and implementation Addressing migration challenges and enhancing the tech stack by developing innovative solutions Documenting and testing completed work Ensuring the overall quality of the product
