Nasze wymagania: Strong experience designing architectures on or around the ServiceNow platform Hands‑on understanding of GenAI concepts and AI‑agent implementation patterns Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions across both platform and AI layers Experience working with service workflows such as ITSM, CSM or HR Ability to collaborate with technical and product teams in complex delivery environments Fluency in English Residing in Poland required O projekcie: We are looking for a Senior Architect to join Sii and design end‑to‑end solutions that combine expertise in the ServiceNow platform with modern GenAI‑driven capabilities. In this role, you will shape architectures that seamlessly connect AI agents with core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM or HR, ensuring both the platform and AI layers work together as one cohesive ecosystem. Your work will support external organizations in building intelligent, scalable service solutions.
